How does it work?

Enrolling in the program designates solar credits to you; these credits apply to your electric bill, and lower your rates. Over time, the credits can save you thousands. $$$

Do I need to install panels?

Not at all. Community solar works through shared local solar farms, so there’s nothing to install on your home.

Do I have to pay anything to sign up?

Nope! Enrollment is completely free, you’ll just start receiving solar credits that lower your monthly bill.

What happens if I move?

If you move within the same utility area, we can simply transfer your subscription to the new address. If you move outside the area, you must cancel and re-enroll the new address.

There’s no cancellation fee, you can cancel anytime, free of charge, and re-enrollment takes only 15 minutes.

Will my electricity provider change?

No, you’ll keep your same provider. You’ll simply receive credits from a local solar farm through your existing utility.

How long does it take to start saving?

Once your enrollment is complete, it usually takes one to two billing cycles for solar credits to appear on your utility bill (1-3 months). After that, you’ll start seeing the savings each month automatically.
